Establishing Parental Rights and visitation

As a single father, not on birth certificate however District attourney has patenity statement signed by mother, need to know how to go about establishing parental rights now that mother has left California and moved to Tennesse. Mother is now married and refusing contact and visitation. The only way to contact is through child's maternal grandmother.

You are not likley to be able to do this on you own. Hire an attorney and let him represent you to make sure you are able to have contact with your child.
