Ex-wife having child not mine can she name it w/ my last name?

My ex-wife is having a child that is not mine. She kept my last name after the divorce. Can she legally name the child with my last name without me being held responsible for support? How can I protect myself from being held responsible?

The child's name does not determine who is going to be liabel for child support.... and you have nothing to say about what the child is named. Get over it.
