Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee
False Claims Against Myself
I recently involved in a divorce. My ex claimed I had Bi-polar disorder and owned rental property. Which I neiter have or ever had. These two issues cost me an extra $3000 in attorneys fees.
My question is, do I have the right to sue her for these extra fees, since the were completly false alligations. If so would I need another attorney.
Thank You,

Talk with your attorney handling your divorce. This might be possible, but it depends on the specific facts of your case.
