After searching for my daughter for 8 years, I found her. I have joint custody, her mother and her moved to Tenn so I could build a relationship. My daughter got in trouble with the law, so her mother sent her to live with her 21 year old boyfriend in Calif. w/o telling me. My 13 year old daughter is pregnant and her mother still has not informed me. Employees at my wifes work had to tell us. What are my rights. It is quite obvious that her mother is unfit. The custody order is out of Calif

If your daughter has lived in California for 6 months, then you will have to fight the change of custody there. However, if she has not lived there for 6 months but before she moved there lived in Tennessee for 6 months, then you can fight for full custody here.
