My wife filed for divorce in Sept. of 2006. Since then all assets have been divided. Child support has been decided, but she won't sign the final MDA. I filed in Nov. of 2008 to get things going again, but in court, her lawyer asked for more paperwork. I provided that, but have received no answer. How long can they hold my life up? Is there a time limit? Can I get divorced without her signature?

How long can one party in a divorce case drag things out?
Pretty much as long as you let them.
If you want to speed things up, or to simply have the case heard by the judge, you can do that. If your spouse will not sign the Marital Dissolution Agreement or Final Decree, you can simply have the case set to be heard by the Judge with the Judge then ruling on the issues you and your spouse could not agree on. While you may not like the judge's decision, you will at least have things over with.
