Family Property and Divorce

My son is divorcing wife and they currently live on family property (there are 5 owners listed on deed-son is/wife is not). How will this be affected in the divorce? Does she have any rights of ownership? Will she be awarded any part of the property?

Under the facts as you have presented them, the wife should be awarded nothing of the property -- it is neither hers nor your son's to be divided.
