Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Family rights

I believe that my sister may be involved with illegal activities and people who may be putting her children in danger in their own home. Do I have any right as their aunt do do anything in the childrens behalf such as hiring a private investiagator or something? I am very worried for them and would like some advice on where to start. Thank you
