How to figure ''pro rata'' for health bills

It states in my parenting plan that all of the children's doctor bills are to be paid ''Pro Rata'' according to income in the month in question. I have been paying 50% and know that is way too much, but don't know how to figure out much my percentage would be.

I would appreciate any information that you could give me. Thank you.

You must get your former spouse's income information for each month that doctor's bills are claimed.
