Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee
Which form covers all I need.
I need a form which gives my husband and I the legal right to make daily decisions and medical decisions for our grandchild in the absence of her father, i.e. while he is at work, school and etc. He has sole custody and both of them live in the home with us. Must we have a form that has an end date, that is temporary? The grandchild is 5 years old. Also, do I need a different form for any state we may travel to or is there one sufficient to cover this situation--such as vacations and family visits in another state than the one we live in?
