Full Custody

If a mother runs away with another man out of state not letting anyone know can the real father get full custody and bring him back home, this is not a divorce battle, they have never been married but the child visits his father often. The mother has another child by the man she ran away with. I am the grandmother on the father's side and in my opinion the child would be better off with his father.

It is possible that the father could obtain custody. The best way to know for sure what the chances are is to visit with an attorney so that he can gather all of the important facts that must be known.
