Can You Garnish the Wages of an X-husband's New Wife if he Refuses to pay Child
The title pretty much says it all. The X refuses to pay child support. I heard that you could garnish the new spouce's wages if the X doesn't pay. Is this true? And how would one go about doing this?

I am aware of no circumstance where you can garnish the wages of a person against whom you have no valid judgment. Thus, I do not believe you can do what you propose. You may wish to run this past a local attorney and see what he/she thinks.
