about gettin custody of my daughter
my daughter's mother gave me a downloaded paper to fill out recarding her giving me custody of my daughter she said she cant afford to keep her now is this going to be legal if I file it in the courts she doesnt want to have it typed she said she will get scewed in the deal then she and i filled it out and had it noterized

You need to file a petition in Court to get a court order giving you custody, and what the mother prepared and gave you should help you get that, but without it she can change her mind at any time. WITH a court order, it will be hard for her to get custody back unless you argee to it.
