Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Help...Married for 5 years
My wifes mother has been working in a pharmacy at major hospital in Nashville for years and she brings drugs home for my wife and her sisters. My wife has three sisters and they cannot live without taking Hydrocodine, Vicodin, Zanax, and etc.multiiple times a day, they cannot hold a job because they are always so messed up. Well when I meet my wife I took her away from all that. She was clean, working, and really doing well. We have a little boy that is 3 years old and I have a boy 14 and twins (boy and Girl) 12 from a previous marriage that I have custody of. Well my problem is that my wife is starting to use these drugs again. She is not the same person when she uses these drugs, she is very mean and always wants to argue. Her mother tells her that she needs these drugs and I should just accept it. She is such a wonderful person when she is not using these so I know she does not. I want to give a ultimatum to my wife to stop and keep are family together or get divoreced. I am afraid if I do this I will not be able to support my family when we get divorced because I will have all the bills. I am so afraid she is going to have a wreck and hurt herself, our children, or someone else.
