Home question

Husband changed locks and locked me out of house. With my stuff in the house.

I can't tell if this house is in Kentucky or not. In Kentucky you should be able to get law enforcement to accompany you to the house and either require him to let you in or at least get your stuff. You need to file something with the court soon because most judges would take a dim view of this tactic.
