My husband and I have been seperated for nearly 3 years. neither of us have filed. Now he has moved a woman and her kids into the home with my name still on the property. Can I evict her or charge her rent?

That would be difficult given the circumstances. It sounds like your best bet would be to go ahead and file for divorce.
