Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

I want to take my ex husband to court for child support. What can I do to get the most out of him. He has never paid child support and barely sees him.

They will apply a judgment for the period of time he should have been paying. You can't escape your child support obligation, unless you are dead, incarcerated or disabled. After they set support and determine the arrearages, he will have to make his current payment as well as pay some towards his arrearages.
