Iam going through a divorce my wife is a attorney and I have found her to be having a afair with another attorney in her firm. In the injunction is restrains me from harassing,threatening, assulting or abusing the other in the presence of children or either party's employer. My question is if I text the man she is seeing on his CELL who is not a partner and not in a position of authority. Would I be in violation of the restraining order. Thanks for your help
