Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

infant child

a mother and father are not married but have a child father does not want anything to do with child his name is not on birth certificate does not pay child support later when child is 9 months old wants visitation but still pays no child support mother finds someone to marry and he provides for mother and child and they move to Mississippi can the father of the child force her to move back to Tennessee?

No. In fact he can be made to support the child, go to your local DHS office.
