Hi, It states in my divorce papers that my ex-husband is responsible for one-half of the cost of medical bills for our daughter after Tenn Care has paid its part. If I didn't take her to a Tenn Care provider, is he still responsible for one-half of the bill? Also, this is a dental bill. Is that included in medical?
