You have a lot of issues that will need to be addressed. I strongly suggest you speak with an attorney in the area you received your divorce. If you now have physical custody of your girls, you have a right to child support. You may need to have custody formally changed in order to receive that support though. You may also want to contact your local Juvenile Court and ask their advice. As for visitation, that is not necessarily something you can force him to do. It is his loss that he does not spend time with the girls.
