Living with someone

I have lived with my ex husband for the past five years. Am i entitled to anything in the house that we shared?

If you contributed to mortgage payments on the house, you might have an equitable claim to some of the increased equity (if there has been any increase), but the court will also want to consider the rental value of the home, since you lived there and presumably enjoyed that value.

Talk with the lawyer who handled your divorce, but you are not likely to get anything from this, though the specific facts may push things one way or the other.
