If the provision is agreed to, it can be included in a final decree. I doubt that any judge would impose such a term; however, if a male overnight guest would be in the house with children, that might be a basis for changing custody. Divorce decrees are to terminate a marriage not to regulate the future conduct of either of the parties. Each party has the right to conduct themselves in an adult manner without the imposition of conditions by the other.

Yes, a judge can impose such a provision in a final decree. In a temporary order, it is fairly routine. Chances it will be imposed, depend on the ages and children involved and the attitude of the particuliar judge. Some judges have fairly conservative views about such matters. you really should have an attorney assist you with any divorce involving children. Good luck.
