marriage and pregnacecy
if a woman is seperated from her husban for over a year and comes up pregnet by another person than can she still file for a devorce or dose she have to wite till the kid is born and do a perturaty test and thin file for divorce

You can file the divorce while you are still pregnant (remember, there is a 60 day waiting period between filing and the earliest date the divorce can be finalized), but I don't know of any Courts that will let you divorce while you are still pregnant unless there has been prenatal genetic testing.
