Getting married

I am marrying a man that has children in AL and GA. We will reside in TN. He says that a prenuptial agreement will keep his child support payments based on his income alone. Is this accurate?

Living in Tennessee will keep his child support from being based on your income. Either you or your fiance are misunderstanding something.
