married in Tn, do i have to file for divorce in TN?

we were mrried in Tn, and now live in Va, do we need to file for an unconested divorce in the state of TN? We have no chidren of ur ow, I have my son that lie wit us, here in VA.

You can forget about filing for divorce in Tennessee; the place where you were married has nothing to do with where you file for divorce, unless, of course, you still reside there.

In your current situation, you would file in Virginia, once you have met the Commonwealth's residency requirements and the other criteria necessary for a no fault divorce.
