Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

We are a military family living in TN. I have a son from a previous marriage and am looking to have my husband adopt my son. My ex husband has had little to no contact with my son in the last 13 years and has asked for the adoption. We own a home and cars in Tn but are PA residents. Do I need to do the sdoption and termination of parental right through TN or PA?

You have the right to do this in Pa. if you have retained legal domicile in Pa. But you may also proceed in Tennessee if you choose, because this is the place of your residence and the place of residence of the child.
