Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

My mom is 80, has had numerous strokes, has cancer & on morphine & hydrocodone. She does not eat anymore. We want her to move in with my sister but she won't. Do we have any legal rights as daughters to make her move so she won't be alone. She also falls alot & has broken a leg before. We are worried about her safety. It sounds like you need to file a Petition with the Court to become Conservator over your mother and her financial affairs. I would suggest that you contact an attorney to help you out through the process.
