Money is being taken away from my child

My fiance was put on child support. He found out that the child was not his and he is in the process of going to Court to get child support stopped and paternity disestablished. The Mother knows that the child is not his, but continues to take the support money from my fiance's check each week which is taking away from my baby. We are struggling even more because of this. Can I sue the mother personally for taking away from my child's needs and putting us in even more financial and emotional stress??

No, you can't.

Stay out of it and allow your husband to resolve his own case.
