Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Moving with Sole Custody

I know under joint custody, the primary custodial parent has to notify the other parent 60 days in advance if planning a move out-of-state with the children. Does the same hold true when one parent has sole custody? If so, does the law apply to moving a great distance across the state but still within the state?
