Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

order being signed by one attorney for both attorney's

i need to know what can be done by an attorney signing both attorney's name to an order, by permission supposely

but did not have his permission and caused all kinds of extra expenses from said order and basically elected his own judge.

You need to work through the attorney that claims permission was not given.
