Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

parental visitation

My ex gets visitation every other weekend but is now living with her new boyfriend. However she refuses to let me have a number or address for contacting my children when with her, even though she leaves the kids with her boyfriend whom i dont know all the time. Is it required for me to have that information available?
