Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Paternity of child not in question

my son's wife found out she was 2 months pregnant 8 months after he left and moved to another state. She lives in TN he lives in south Georgia. She claimed the hospital told her Tennessee law required her to list her husbands name on the baby's birth certificate even though they hadn't even seen each other in 16 months, and she could not list the ''actual'' fathers name . Now TN has ordered my son back to TN to court for a paternity test and says he--name removed--have to pay the court costs? Is this or REAL?

Re: Paternity of child not in question

Tell your son to take the test and be glad that it is impossible for it to come back as his child. Believe me, if he cooperates, he'll end up paying a lot less than if he fights it.
