Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Paternity Testing

I was wondering if there is any legal action I should take before taking a paternity test to find out if I am a biological father to a young girl?

Re: Paternity Testing

Usually, a paternity test is the first action to take. You should be able to call the juvenile court in your area and they can help you with the procedure.
