Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee
phone calls to my children
My divorce decree states that I can talk to my children 2 to 3 times a week, my ex-wife has not answered my calls or called to let me talk to them in over 2 weeks.My child support is up to date, so I know of no reason for her not to let me talk to them.

Can you send her an email? If so, send her one to find out what's up. If this goes on for another couple of weeks, you should probably file a motion for contempt.
By the way, she has to let you speak to the kids, even if your child support is late.
