poa, ttransfer of child custody

my ex-wife is out of the country for 12 months and gave my oldest duaghter poa of my two miner kids. my ex is the custodial can she transfer custody also to my duaghter and what rights do i have as thier father. can i get them sinse the custodial parent is not present

I recommend you ask your ex to allow you to take care of your children while she is out of the country. If she will not, seek a change in the courts.
