Post nuptial infidelity agreement

Is there a legal document that my husband & I could have stating that if either of us have an extra marital affair, a settlement of 75% of future income and assets would be given to said other spouse?Husband caught--says it won't happen again. I guess I need reassurance. Both have agreed to sign. There is alot of $$ involved from family business.

You are talking about a post-nuptial agreement. They are also called reconciliation agreements and can be enforced in Tennessee. {Batson v. Batson, 769 S.W.2d 849 (Tenn. App. 1988)}. For more info, see www.gsmithlawfirm.com
