power of atty
my mother is in a nursing home there in lynchburg, and had given a friend Power of Attorney My question is to what degree does this power of atty. go she suppose to make the funneral arrangements where? how much to spend etc I'm in Michigan I'm the daughter

It depends on what the power of attorney form says. You would have to look at the form your mother signed granting her friend power of attorney to know what powers she granted her friend.
