pregnant minor moved im with me
she is 17 this is her second child. she moved from Michigan to TN do i need a notarized statement from her mother so we can get her to the doctor that would make me responsible for her while she here in TN. I need help with this and other questions

You may take her to the doctor and claim yourself responsible for the doctor's fees. She can visit the doctor on her own, but if you want to pay you can make that clear on the intake forms. I need more information regarding your plans to "make me responsible for her."
