Privacy of Tax Return

My husband pays child support to his first wife. She is taking us to court to see his tax return. He files jointly with me and I am not thrilled about her seeing my income.

What are my rights of privacy?

I believe you have certain rights in this regard. The question is whether you wish to spend the time and money invoking those rights.
