Property division in divorce

Due to an affair .. I filed for divorce from my husband 2X within the last 1 1/2 years. During one of those filings my husband turned over the house to me in a Quit Claim Deed. The house is payed for .. due to an inheritance I recieved.

If I file again (a real possibility) will the house be considered joint properity? I dropped both divorces,, beleiveing we would be reconciled

The property should be considered as your seperate property, but the court still can take it into account in deciding how to divide the marital estate.
