Property Quitclaim Deed from a Divorce
If property was quitclaimed to me totally in a divorce but there is still a mortgage on said property (ex is ordered to make this payment until property sells)is this quitclaim deed freed from the mortgage and does this allow me to sell property on my own at whatever price I choose and collect the funds entirely from the sale of property?

The mortgage company is likely not going to let you sell the property without satisfying the lien.
