Qualifying children

My husband pays child support for 2 twins who are 8. I am currently pregnant with his child. If we file to get credit for this new child once it is born, will the court consider my income since this will be a request for deduction of child support? what would we we file to get this credit?

Re: Qualifying children

Your income is not a factor in determining your husband's child support obligation for his children outside of your marriage. He will merely need to file a petition to modify.
