Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Questions on abondonment and help with absent parent

Need to know if I can do anything with my leaving the household for about 7 weeks and is now living in an apartment

She stays with a single friend from college mostly that has a live in boyfriend and + a cousin

I have 2 boys - 2 and 7 years old - I wish to have full custody because I feel I can do more for my boys financially and emotional - I make about 60k - house is around 120k - have a stable job in the IT sector

Mother is very unstable - works with her parents at a gas station - does not have any way of health insurance, dental or other physical care insurance - has some past emotional problems

We are currently working with a marriage Therapist - but in the past week she is not responsive to phone calls or visiting the kids - she is staying overnight with her girlfriend and her live in boyfriend
