quick deed

Yes, my father has owned is home and paid for it on his on. My mom and dad has been divorced for more than 24 years , and her name is still on the house. The lawyer never made her sign a quick deed, so what can we do. How can he sign the house over to myself, because the house will go to me .

Find the old divorce papers and see if it provides for her to give over the house. If so, ask her to comply.
