Reconciliation Process

Can you fire your lawyer, even after there is a court date set? How? When you go before a judge and decide you want to reconcile your marriage what is the process? Can the judge make judgment to dissolve all motions filed? Will there have to be lawyers fees to pay to do reconciliation?

Can you fire your lawyer, even after there is a court date set?

Yes, unless you have a written contract.

How?

Normally, you just send or fax a letter saying that you no longer need his/her services.
