After remarriage is new spouse responsible for paying child support also?

My fiance has been divorced for 4 years. Ex-wife says

she will be able to get more child support after we

marry and that I will have to pay her my income as

well as my husband paying her. Is this true? We live

in Ga. Divorce was final in TN. Thanks for any h

Under Ga. law, only the ex-spouse has to pay. Child support is a function of the spouse's gross income and their are percentage guidelines depending on the number of children. Occasionally the court can vary from the guidelines in the family income is extraordinarily high. Call if you need help.
