I cannot answer your first question; you should ask a lawyer who does alot of criminal work.

As for the second, Orders of Protection are good for up to one year, and can be renewed annually, upon proper showing to the Court. Restraining Orders are perpetual unless modified by the Court or unless there is a specific limit by statute or rule to their duration.

There is no way to answer the third question. It is up to the facts as ascertained by the judge responsible for enforcing same. When in doubt, meet with an attorney before you take any action that could be construed as violating the Order.
