Restraining orders and funerals

A man filed a restraining order against his wife and died a few weeks later. Will his wife able to attend the funeral, or does the restraining order still stand even though he's deceased?

It depends on what the restraining order says but generally the Order dies when the person holding it dies . . . so the quick answer is "Yes" she can go, HOWEVER,to get a more definitive answer, it really depends on what the order says so I'd get an attorney to read it and tell you defnitely.
