Selling property before divorce

I have filed for divorce from my husband and I have moved out of the home. He has been living in the house but is now wanting to move out of the house. I I was wondering if there are any provisions in our laws in Tennessee that would allow us to sell the house before the divorce is final. Both our names are on the mortgage as co-owners.
