Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

I have been separated for over 3 years now since my husband left after 4 months of marriage to pursue other females. He has not contacted me or anything except to say that there has been papers filed 3 times now but I have contacted the clerks office where he 'filed' and there is no record of him filing. He has since moved on with someone else and they have threatened me several times. I have a baby on the way now and need to know what to do...

For the protection of you and your family, I would suggest contacting an attorney and commencing the process yourself so that you make sure that you and your family are adequately provided for financially. While it is a big step, you will be doing what is necessary for your family.
